Summary/Abstract: Being Muslim is determined by testimony of the Almighty God, prophet hood of Mohammad and return all to God. Suchlike being is always for specific conditions, but never mediated by any external phenomenon. From such being arise man’s responsibility to God, to oneself, to all people and to all that exists. Reality recognition of everything is condition for man’s fulfilment of God’s commandments to act well and prevent evil. Being Muslim, there is neither mandatory church order, and consequently nor clergy. Neither individual nor an organization hold in their hands the sacrament which would be conditioned or limited to be Muslim. Muslim’s involvement in society and in political system means that exist different forms of representation and advocacy. Each of these forms, for the Muslim horizon, were estimated from the standpoint of its contribution to good or evil, according to God’s commandments for a man to unconditionally do good. In political orders that guarantee freedom of religious belief, any association based on religious affiliation is voluntary, therefore all forms of representation and advocacy in such organization are also voluntary, according to the principle of the balance of rights and duties. In public there are frequent cases of decisionmaking concerning the representation and advocacy that are offered as obliging for all Muslims. It is necessary, accordingly consider the doctrinal reasons for such forms of public representation and advocacy. In this paper we will point at some unclear questions of representation and advocacy to protect dignity of individual being a Muslim in a variety of forms for involvement that being in society.
