Restructuring of the management processes based on the analysis of business logic

Summary/Abstract: Business logic as a coherent structure of the modes/methods of doing business and – to a lesser extent – as a separate set of algorithms implemented in software supporting management of a particular company has an impact on the shape and the implementation of management processes. The analysis of business logic from the perspective of particular changes provides a basis for a targeted restructuring of management processes in the organization which it concerns.
