Summary/Abstract: The number of arbitral cases increased drastically. This trend included also legal disputes that were not envisaged as capable of arbitrability initially. The legislation remained however the same and to some extent lacked scientific research. The paper analyzes this legislation and its interpretation and application in a constructive way, thus suggesting possible amendments.
