Summary/Abstract: The present research is current for Moldova because the country is facing a budget deficit during its independence years (27 years of sovereignty). The limitation of budgetary sources imposes the necessity of indebtedness of the country, especially from the outside. In this article, we examine the budget deficit in correlation with the state debt, and we will investigate the tax revenues as a result of the application of the fiscal instruments. This link is coherent and must be manifested by economic growth and improving the economic and social climate.
