Evolutive Aspects of Portable Recording Technologies

Summary/Abstract: The explosive (though quantitatively and qualitatively uncontrollable) penetration of the information and communication technology in all fields of activity transforms us willy-nilly into instinctual users who, in spite of doing their best to take advantage of the existing modern technologies cannot purchase the physical (hardware) and logical (software) work instruments in an informed manner.The random purchase, the instinctual, partial, and (thus) unprofessional employment of information systems jeopardize the goal and the quality of the result, regardless of the field of activity. Our concern focuses on portable technology for digital audio recording from the standpoint of the efficiency level, to the detriment of time and the invested finances, in order to find solutions that may generate multiple benefits, with direct and immediate applicability, capable of revolutionizing research, education, creation, and performance processes.
