Summary/Abstract: In the virtual web space, the fourth dimension – time, has been replaced by digitality as its inherent root. This new „dimension“ also implies endless and perspective opportunities for all of us and for every kind of human activity – for realization and change, for being and existence and for personal future. Trends in reformatting the dominant offline relationships in the societies also lead to „demands“ in creating, searching for and following megaleaders instead of parties. The need for a new civil contract becomes more and more urgent in this connection.
