Summary/Abstract: The Persian Gulf War generally known as second Gulf War or Operation Desert Storm which occured on (August 2, 1990 to February 28, 1991), and waged by a United Nations organized coalition forces from more than thirthy states and led by United States of America, as a respons to Saddam for his invasion of Kuwait. In this research, it is observed that for the first time in the history, aproximitely ten Arabic States participated to the coalition against one of thier brothers with other nations. This research is main aim is to answer the question of why Saddam did not want to withdraw from kuwait? Although he knew that he will take against world’s greatest coalition forces And will be defeated by them. This rerearch also draws out the origins of the Iraq war and tensions between kuwait with Iraq, and also concerns of other nieghboring Arab Nations specially Saudi Arabia with some other nations.
