Summary/Abstract: Following the collapse of Tsarist Russia in 1917, the peoples of the Caucasus first advocated national autonomy, then the principles of independence. In spite of the colonial policy of Tsarist Russia, the struggle united the peoples for the same purposes. In the unity and solidarity environment, the peoples of the Caucasus, as well as the liberation of independence, had also fulfilled their desire for independent statism. But this period of independence did not last much, and was subject to the occupation of the Bolshevik administration. After the occupation, the peoples of the Caucasus maintained their struggle for their nationalism in a secret manner and in immigration in various ways. The struggle against the Bolshevik occupation began after the collapse of the Caucasus republics. For the realization of this nation, which included the national struggle of the peoples of the Caucasus, a certain period of time and preparation was necessary. The issue of mutual relations of the Caucasus in the 20th century 20s in Turkey's immigration documents do Azerbaijan has held an important place. In this article, the problematic subject is being investigated according to the writings of the “New Caucasia” magazine published in Istanbul.
