Summary/Abstract: In this study, we have analyzed the effects of the impacts created by the organizational culture on the functioning motivation of the organization culture scale’s sub-factors with the aim of researching the organizational cultures’ effects on the employee motivation. In this context, the study covers the subjects that steer the organizational culture such as the organization’s social and physical conditions, formal-informal structure, employee’s adequacy and motivation, individual needs, and the factors determining the same. The changing production methods, workforce structure, organizational structure, and the new business systems constitute the study’s hypothetic framework. The study has been done with 400 persons at a business entity that operates in Istanbul and that manufactures medical consumables and devices via judgement sampling method. As a result of the study, we have found out a meaningful relationship between the factors, which constitute the organizational culture, and motivation. We have established that any positive or negative changes to such factors give rise to changes on the motivation too.
