Summary/Abstract: This article concerns the analysis of transparency of public procurement using mathematical methods. With transparency in public procurement relates type of award procedures. Transparency in the use of restricted award procedure and open procedure is analyzed by ANOVA model. There are another aspects leading to less transparency in the field of public procurement. One of them is bid rigging cartels. This non-transparency aspect is evaluated through the Kuhn-Tucker model.
