Summary/Abstract: In the Bulgarian labour legislation, the representation of the employees and workers was established through the accumulation of a number of legal figures. The subject of the survey is the mandate of the representatives of the employees under Article 7, para. 2 and Article 7a of the Labour Code. The paper analyses the elements of the content of the legal category "mandate" in the context of representation under the provisions of the Labour Code.
