Summary/Abstract: In this article the authors present a new method of communication between online media and its users, allowing readers to express their views on the information published in the media in an easy, intuitive and structured way. The specific communication information that is elicitated afterwords would provide a number of opportunities and competitive advantages to the media as it could be used in marketing, sociological research, education and all areas of public opinion analysis.
