Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, strength training is the foundation of modern specialized training. Without a proper pre-workout with strength training, it is impossible to safely and properly carry out any form of physical activity. For proper and safe structure of our muscles we need good and healthy, i.e. safe nutrition. Nutrition in strength training is a key element in providing the right nutrients and supplements. A proper and well-balanced diet is very important. Professional players use strict nutrition rules, proper nutrition and hydration during the training process for an efficient and safe functioning of the body. Energy, building and nutritional substrates of athletes and individuals dealing with weight training are very important and crucial for the safe functioning of our body both during and after the workout. Therefore, it is worth looking at and analyzing the relevant literature in this subject matter.
