Summary/Abstract: This study aims to synthetically analyze the main changes that GEO no. 88/2018 brings to insolvency, sorting them by: ”substantial changes” – with negative effects throughout the procedure, which could potentially harm the very essence and balance of the regulation, ”beneficial changes”, which will increase stability, and ”unclear changes”, which may lead to contradictory court decisions in practice.
