Summary/Abstract: Equality among human beings is one of the imanent conditions of liberty, justice and peace in the world. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights acknowledges the principle of equality in the very article 1,stating that all human beings are born free and equal in rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
