Summary/Abstract: Romania has proved, especial after 1996, its quality of being an ally of NATO and EU and its capacity of supplying the security in the region through the three lateral politics and its collaboration with neighbors. To demonstrate the usefulness of an ally in this region it is very important to the active character of Romanian politics. For a more active participation in PESC it’s necessary to create a real lasting economic development to allow this approach financially.
