Summary/Abstract: The paper focuses on the issue of social responsibility (CSR) in the field of sport which has appeared among increasingly discussed topics in recent years not only in the academic community. According to experts, there are many rational reasons for a close integration of sport and CSR, or the use of sport as a suitable means for CSR. Attention to CSR issues is also paid by many professional sports clubs worldwide. There are also some leading sports clubs in the Czech Republic that deal with CSR issues on the managerial level.
