Summary/Abstract: Terra was inhabited by several successive civilizations, a theory developed by us in a self-contained work.[2] All decisions made on Earth for the evolution of these successive civilizations belonged to groups of initiates (generic name) who modeled the development of these civilizations and of the present Humanity or Humanity, alone or in contact with other alien civilizations. This paper briefly presents several groups of countries that, along with the human groups of initiates (Bilderberg, the US External Relations Council, the Frankfurt Group etc.), shape the current human evolution on our planet.
