Summary/Abstract: It is generally considered that every retirement pension, even the lowest, shall be ‘decent’. The legislator does not define this term. He does not formalize any conditions which can be used to determine retirement’s character. As a result we do not know whether the lowest retirement pension can be treated as decent, providing proper conditions of existence.
