Summary/Abstract: In the article authors identified, analyzed and rated a maintenance and repair services company. On this basis is shown how to choose internal means of transport using multi-criteria methods. Essential tools used in the survey were: modified AHP method, ranking method based on synthetic feature, Bellinger method in two versions. The results showed that each used tool has its own characteristics in practical application.
