Summary/Abstract: Legislation plays a special role in social inclusion. The law provisions can validly influence the behaviour of their recipients. For this reason, it is essential that their content arouses the minimum doubt. Properly designed regulations can have a significant impact on improving the situation of people with disabilities so as to help them in everyday functioning in society. The aim of the study is to analyze legal solutions concerning rehabilitation of relief in income tax for individuals in terms of their correctness and efficiency.
