Summary/Abstract: The main goal of this study is to discuss the matter related to gambling business in the perspective of law in Poland. The author pays particular attention to the aspect related to the possibility of running a business in the form of casinos and betting mutual wagering points. Legal grounds are discussed, the fulfillment of which is necessary in order for a given activity to be deemed lawful. The author also points to the controversy and legal problems associated with this type of business. Trying to determine the reasons for this state and propose solutions that can change the existing state in Polish law.
