Summary/Abstract: In the article, the author focused on an overview of judicature of Polish administrative courts in terms of their reference to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. Their role in Polish legal order and their meaning in the process of applying the law by the courts were analyzed.
