An Influence of Bankruptcy Declaration on Pecuniary Liability and Non-Pecuniary Liability of the Bankrupt

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the substantive effects of declaring bankruptcy related to pecuniary liabilities and non-pecuniary obligations of the bankrupt. Firstly, the question of the immediate maturity of the bankrupt’s pecuniary obligations was presented. Then there was presented the issue of modification of the way of fulfilling a non-pecuniary liability. The article also presents the impact of the bankruptcy declaration on the liability from the promissory note and the liability from the check of the bankrupt.
