Summary/Abstract: This article is an analysis of emergency management at a voivodeship level in the light of current legislation. It has been ten years since the Emergency Management Act was established. It is a period of time that allows for an initial assessment of the results of its functioning. The adoption and implementation of the Act of April 26, 2007. of crisis management to the creation of a modern system of prevention and prevention of crises.
