Summary/Abstract: The article concerns research conducted among nearly 400 employees of a selected Polish university, which concerned activities carried out at the university in the field of employee health promotion. The aim of this work was to diagnose the knowledge about the offer in the field of pro-health activities offered to employees, to determine their use and to assess the suitability of the proposed solutions. The analysis of the survey results showed the areas for improvement and enrichment of the offer if the university really wanted to pursue a health promotion policy.
