Summary/Abstract: The article takes into account the issue concerning the perception of burnout by Polish employers representing the education, higher education and medical care sectors. The presented research results are a part of a larger and more complex research and implementation project Time2Grow (Poland), which main goal is to develop, test and implement innovative solutions in the field of burnout prevention. The article presents the results of the survey carried out among employers, aimed at getting to know their perspective related to the evaluation of the phenomenon and possible burnout prevention.
