Summary/Abstract: Rapid development of technology and economic transformation have led to an importance of qualified employees in shaping the competitive advantage of enterprises. Employees need an appropriate organizational climate which will diminish burnout so they will be able to operate efficiently and effectively. In order to identify factors influencing the organizational climate, research was conducted on a group of employees from six professions (N = 600). In current studies Organizational Climate Questionnaire of L. Rosenstiel and R. Bögel was used, while the analysis of the level of occupational burnout was measured by OLBI (Oldenburg Burnout Inventory, author E. Demerouti). Statistic verification of hypotheses revealed strong correlations between the organizational climate and the level of burnout. The analysis of the regression model allowed to identify organizational factors explaining the variability of the level of burnout in the examined sample.
