Summary/Abstract: It can be said that organizational behavior is associated with morality and emotionality [Hartel et al. 2009; Chi et al. 2015]. The following questions will solved: 1. When is shame associated with a destructive way of orientation in an organizational activity? 2. When is shame associated with a constructive orientation in an organizational activity? In the further part of the article, the problem of the relationships between a public organizational misbehavior, the attribution of responsibility for this event, an individual level of identification with the organization and organizational citizenship behavior.
