Summary/Abstract: Presented in this study is the archaeozoological description of the animals and hunting scenes in the twelve vignettes of the border frieze and the three bands of the central medallion of the Hunting Plate of the Seuso Treasure. A total of 136 figures can be found on the plate: 39 human persons, 21 dogs, 75 animals and a cart. The previous identification of a few animals had to be revised.
