Summary/Abstract: The development of Information Communication Technology (ICT) and, in particular, the Internet, has created a new kind of market and society functioning in this reality. It facilitates noticeable, positive changes in the way enterprises do business. Currently, there are many documented benefits of the introduction of new technologies by family businesses. These benefits are connected with expanding the client base, increasing investment in new products, entering new markets, or streamlining business activities. The aim of the paper is to show the extent to which family businesses in creative industries exploit the potential of e-business.
