Summary/Abstract: The dynamic development of e-commerce systems and information and communication systems results in the activation of small and medium enterprises operating in the e-business area. More and more companies are expanding their activities with new e-commerce sales channels. This means the need to tighten the online sales platform to market specificities; develop the correct order logistics model and apply innovative sales enhancements. The dynamics of online commerce creates the need for continuous improvement of the efficiency of the customer service process. The article attempts to develop an order logistics model of an online shop, especially in the areas which have a great influence on the acquisition, maintenance and intensification of the number of customer transactions. The model presents the process of order fulfilment and significant areas due to marketing strategies which aimed at intensifying sales of the offered products.
