Summary/Abstract: There are considerable intercultural differences in the concept of the disease and care for the elderly with dementia. These approaches are expanding and in many ways strengthening the view of this issue. The pro-family orientation of African-American nations significantly reduces the caregiver burden. From the point of view of the quality of care provided in the family, the understanding of the essence of dementia is relevant. Family caregivers of national minorities only use at least consulting services and others.
