Summary/Abstract: The article presents an author’s approach to compiling an integrative theoretical model for motivation in modern organizations based on David McClelland’s theoretical concepts as well as the Japanese model of motivation. The current model was developed in terms of the person’s need for self-assertion in their work. The model is circular and consists of five basic elements: initial state of needs and inclinations, impulse formation, achieved goal, conformity assessment and satisfaction of the prompt, revision of achievement, type of feedback generated. The individual is placed in the position of a subject, and all senior managers / supervisors are the persons concomitant in the processes of the motivation cycle.
