Summary/Abstract: The main aim of this article is to present the issues related to crimes of economic nature, committed on the territory of the Russian Federation. The study showed normalization of these crimes in the Russian Criminal Code and presented information about these crimes for the years 2009-2016, from the materials gathered by the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation.
