Summary/Abstract: Inter-organisational collaboration is a key instrument for the management of the public services, including public safety management. It helps to increase the effectiveness of joint activities and to achieve goals impossible to reach individually. Inter-organisational collaboration in public safety management is obligatory and legal regulations constitute two categories used in this area - administrative anastomosis and the Committee of safety and order. However, there is the lack of research in the scope of impact of these solutions on the level of inter-organisational collaboration. In this publication the author tries to fill this research gap.
