Summary/Abstract: In today’s industry we are slowly reaching the limit where productivity and efficiency can be increased by better system organization and continuous improvement of production processes. Undoubtedly, the human factor, including intellectual capital and the reorganization of management processes, is unused in this regard. The purpose of this paper is to identify the changes taking place in the area of organization management in response to the assumptions and defined developments of Industry 4.0. The idea called Management 3.0 is the future of modern management. Nonetheless, questions remain open: what principles should be addressed in the face of the fourth industrial revolution, what transformations are expected in manufacturing in this area and, forward-looking in terms of confidence management called empowerment, is industrial engineer 4.0 already the middle level manager?
