Summary/Abstract: Diversity is generally perceived as all the processes, in which people differ and are similar to each other. Diversity defined in this way comprises three dimensions: primary identity (race, sex etc.), secondary identity (marital status, education) and organizational identity (workplace, professional experience, affiliation to labor unions). The aim of this article is to identify diversity management in the operation of an organization. The article presents selected aspects of diversity management in organization’s operation and influence of this management on the selected aspects of the operation of the organization. The analysis of specialized literature and my own ideas supported by the observation of the business practice are used in this article.
