Summary/Abstract: The corporate entrepreneurship is the compound phenomenon because it concerns the actions which could be made not only by single units but also by all organizations. Big corporations, including the big family corporations, in too low degree try to implement new ideas which can lead to transformations of still existing schemes. With reference to the above, the aim of the present article is to attempt the verification of the hypothesis that the condition of increasing degree of implementation of the new ideas by big family corporations in Poland is the increased concentration both in sphere of production and services. In present article, the authoress will use the research method which takes into consideration the comparative analysis which has got on the aim the comparison of the impact mergers and acquisitions on development of the corporate entrepreneurship which is made as a rule by big family businesses from Poland and other countries from The European Union. Additionally, in the presented research method, the synthesis of that material will be taken into consideration.
