Summary/Abstract: In Górecki et. al [2014; 2016] the structure of principal components for multidimensional data variables over time (multivariate functional data) are presented. Harris et. al [2011] and Lu et. al [2014] provide the construction of principal components for multivariate spatial data. These are the local principal components, geographically weighted. This paper presents the construction of principal components for multivariate temporal-spatial data, combining the results of the mentioned papers.
