Summary/Abstract: Proper functioning and development of an organization are ensured by good management performed by managers. Therefore the manager's role in the organization grows, but at the same time his responsibility increases. The manager is legally and financially responsible for his decisions. He is also responsible for financial and image losses of the organization. The aim of the article is to analyze the areas of responsibility of the modern manager, which will allow to indicate the possibilities of avoiding mistakes in his work.
