Summary/Abstract: The subject of the article is an analysis of objective and subjective area of price charged for waste management in EU and Polish law. The article answers the question whether the principle polluter pays requires that the price charged for waste management would be charged from those who produce them or preferably it is about the charge for performing a public task which charges all of users of waste management system.
