Abuse of Power by Bodies Conducting Administrative Proceedings

Summary/Abstract: One of many manifestations of common good can be considered the right of the individual to good administration – „good administration”. Its opposite is the English term „maladministration”. „Maladministration” is identified as ineffective administration and improper administering. This study aims to draw attention to some examples of „maladministration”, especially in the area of Polish administrative proceedings.
