Spatial Order as a Common Good

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to show the value of the spatial order. It is not only intended in urban planning. Spatial ordering is also a normative category. Definition of a spatial order has been included in the Act on planning and spatial development. The analysis carried out in this study leads to the conclusion that, given the importance of this concept, Article 56 of the Land Use Planning and Development Act requires amendment.
