Summary/Abstract: Oaxaca de Juarez, a capital of the State of Oaxaca, is a city in the south of the Mexican state, considered a world heritage site according to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization. It is a tourist city which gastronomy, culture, architecture and crafts make it unique for national and foreign visitors. This has allowed companies to be installed especially in the services sector, however, there is a problem that is latent every day, namely, the service provided to its customers is often reduced to the mere action of buying and selling. The staff is rarely prepared to provide the good service. The objective of the research is to propose a system of permanent training in companies, which helps to improve the level of service. The methodology used is the deductive method, as well as primary and secondary sources, whose result is a proposal for a permanent training system. It is concluded that the system works the inside out – firstly, it improves the collaborators and once this change is made, it is reflected in the attention of its clients.
