Summary/Abstract: The article has been devoted to a new scientific specialization that developed on the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries. Logistics in crisis situations is a specific area of scientific research, which is getting more and more attention. The article explains the essence of logistics in crisis situations, the potential for logistics and outlines the logistical needs of the victims of non-military crisis situations.
