Summary/Abstract: Internetization, computerization and robotization include more and more areas of functional structures of market entities. The implementation of the idea of the New Economy based on information and knowledge is implemented in access to an immense number of current data and unlimited possibilities of their aggregation and processing. Integrated communication covers more and more functional areas of enterprises as well as economies. In a global village, being online and being compatible in accordance with the technologized reality and the determinant role of the client create the image of the modern world. A decade ago, communication was associated with a homogeneous communication path and stationary transaction formula. The development of technology has radically changed the situation. Currently, regardless of whether the client uses a smartphone, a desktop computer, a laptop or whether he appears physically in a shop, he can almost everywhere initiate an offer inquiry, which the company should be prepared to react to. It is therefore worth exploring the subject of the application of innovative communication solutions based on the Internet that support business transactions with their clients.
