It involves access to public services. Providers of these services are public organizations. Therefore, logical reasoning shows that an increase in the satisfaction of residents can take place when the availability and level of quality of public services is increased. The theory of the business model was used for this transmission. Against this background, the objectives of the work were formulated as follows: determining the Business Model Matrix (MBMF) and adopting it as the basis for the work, specifying the form of business models for selected types of public organizations, including the key possibilities of setting up public organization activities in the future. To achieve the goals of the work such methods of scientific work as literature research, logical methods of scientific work – analysis, synthesis, logical inference and argumentation, and previous research experience were used. The main effects of the work include the use of the Business Model Matrix (MBMF) to develop the basis of business models for representatives of three types of public organizations. It also indicated the possibilities of reconfiguring the activities of a public organization by redefining the provided values for residents.
