Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is the presentation of value-co-creation process and the evaluation of selected stakeholders’ importance in this process from a company’s perspective. In the first part of the article the value-co-creation concept is presented. In the second part of the article the results of empirical research conducted in Polish companies with employee number above 49 are presented. The results presentation is limited to the role of selected stakeholders in value-co-creation process. To identify the main areas of value co-creation process from a company’s perspective the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was used. On the other hand, to evaluate the importance of selected stakeholders’ role in this process, test t for independent groups was used.
