Summary/Abstract: In research considered of genealogical copula of basic participanta of fight for the Austrian inheritance in 1246–1278. It is set that the copulas of Romanovich’s from Babenberg’s had more old seit: Daniel Romanovych and Frederic II the Quarrelsome were standard or second cousen. Therefore the Austrian elite supperted marriage of Roman Danylovich with Gertrude Babenberg as natural continuation of these connectians. Marriage was initiated by Hungarian king by Bela IV, that did not want admit to Austrie of Przemyslis’s. Part of this elite took no denial Roman from the Austrian throne. This was the result of compromise between the participants of the fight at participation of the Papa, caused by the change of political situation and mongolian threat. Rebelling of baron Gutkeled and deathe of king Stefan V caused the dramatic change of the Russian-Hungarian relations.
